- How does Pro work?
- Pro is 30p per conversation with a minimum of 1,000 conversations a month — £300 ex VAT. Conversations beyond the first 1,000 are billed at the same 30p rate.
- How does pay as you go work?
- Built for smaller brands: you pay £1 for each customer conversation your store manager handles, with no monthly fee or minimum. Your UK WhatsApp line is included free.
- When should I move to Pro?
- At 300 conversations a month, pay as you go costs £300 — the same as Pro's minimum, which covers 1,000. Past 1,000, every Pro conversation is 70p cheaper.
- Can I change plans or cancel?
- Yes. There's no contract — upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the dashboard, and changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
