Judge.me for WhatsApp

Real reviews, quoted in the WhatsApp chat

Your agent answers "is it any good?" with your Judge.me ratings and what customers actually said, and collects new reviews in the chat.

Works with your existing Judge.me account.

  1. Customer: Thinking about the linen shirt. Does it run small?
  2. The agent uses Judge.me: Get product rating
  3. The agent uses Judge.me: List product reviews
  4. Agent: It's rated 4.7 out of 5 from 212 reviews. On sizing, most reviewers say it fits true to size, and a couple with broad shoulders sized up for a looser fit. One verified buyer wrote: "I'm usually a medium and the medium is perfect."
  5. Customer: Great, I'll go with my usual size then

Answering a sizing question

The agent searches the product's reviews for sizing comments before the customer buys.

How Judge.me works on WhatsApp

Connect Judge.me and your Wassist agent can look up any product's star rating and search its published reviews, so questions like "does it run small?" or "how long does the battery last?" get answered with real customer experiences instead of guesses.

After an order, customers who want to leave a review can do it right in the conversation. The agent confirms their rating and words, submits the review to Judge.me under their store account, and your usual moderation rules decide when it goes live.

Why brands add Judge.me to their WhatsApp agent

  • Social proof at the moment of doubt

When a shopper hesitates, your agent shares the product's rating and the reviews that answer their exact question, from fit to scent to durability.

  • Honest answers, not guesses

The agent only quotes what published reviews say, and tells the customer when reviews don't cover something instead of making it up.

  • Reviews collected mid-conversation

Happy customers can leave a review without hunting for the email. The agent checks the wording with them and submits it to Judge.me.

  • Your moderation stays in charge

Reviews submitted in the chat follow your Judge.me publishing rules, and you can turn review collection off at any time.

What your agent can do with Judge.me

You choose which of these your agent gets, agent by agent, after installing.

  • Get product rating

A product's average star rating, number of published reviews and how many reviews gave each star rating, from Judge.me. Leave out product for the rating across the whole store.

  • List my reviews

Reviews the logged-in customer has left on this store, with each one's product, star rating and whether it's published, waiting for the store's approval or not shown. Works only once the customer has logged in to their store account.

  • List product reviews

Published Judge.me reviews of a product, newest first, to answer questions like "does it run small?" with what customers actually said. Filter by star rating, by words the review mentions, or to reviews with photos. Leave out product for reviews across the whole store. Quote or summarise only what the reviews say, and don't leave out critical reviews when the customer asks about problems.

  • Submit review

Leave a Judge.me review of a product for the logged-in customer, under their store account's email. Before calling, read the star rating and the exact review text back to the customer and get their OK: use their own words, don't add to or polish them. Works only once the customer has logged in to their store account.

Judge.me for WhatsApp: FAQs

What does the Judge.me app let my WhatsApp agent do?

It can tell customers a product's star rating and review count, search published reviews by star rating, keyword or photos, show customers the reviews they've left and their status, and submit a new review for a customer.

Do customers need to log in?

Not to read ratings and reviews, which are public. To see their own reviews or leave a new one, customers log in to their store account in the chat, and reviews are always submitted under that account's email.

Can I stop the agent from submitting reviews?

Yes. Turn off review collection on the app's setup page, or choose which tools each agent gets after installing, so it only answers questions with your existing reviews.

Will the agent hide negative reviews?

No. The agent quotes published reviews as they are and is told not to leave out critical ones when a customer asks about problems. Reviews you've hidden or not yet approved in Judge.me are never shown.

Do I need a Judge.me account?

Yes. The app connects to your existing Judge.me account on Shopify, so your reviews, moderation rules and settings stay exactly as they are.
